The staff is amazing, very helpful, sweet and polite. Comfortable and stylish rooms. Nice location on the river bank, close to the old city. the self check-in process was great. Quality linens and comfortable beds. They provided a small gift for our baby and a selection of baby food at breakfast.

Felt like a home away from home, nothing to complain about.

Stayed at Riverside Hotel for a few nights during my visit to Pilzen. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was a great bonus. The location was convenient, with a big parking lot next door and a supermarket within walking distance. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the proximity to the city center was a plus. Would definitely stay here again!

The Riverside Hotel's staff were incredibly helpful and spoke both English and Czech fluently. One evening, I misplaced my room key and they swiftly provided me with a replacement, saving me from a potential comedy of errors!

Noise from other guests was a slight drawback.
